San Andreas, CA…Well for those of you who thought the reality show that is the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors might have a calm meeting or two before the drama picked back up you were mistaken. Before they broke for lunch Board Chair, Supervisor Tofanelli & Supervisor Dennis Mills were served recall notices and read a litany of complaints and misdeeds from the perspective of the complainants. We have carved out a few minutes of video that encapsulates the bulk of it. The Board is currently at lunch and the meeting will resume at 2:30pm.

Dennis Mill is wonderful rep for our area.He has been working with copperopolis Diamond XX roads & has been a great listener to our needs.
Supervisor Mills’ responsibility extends beyond the roads at Diamond XX, in fact it extends to all of his constituents in D4. Now he will have to defend his actions against an angry electorate. Can’t wait to have a new Board of Supervisors in June. So glad that I am a District 1 voter.

This County has had BOS problems for a long time. I am still not in favor of legal pot growing here. Nothing against those who do support it or who are in it.

Mills and Tofanelli have no business on the BOS A Recall is the best news I’ve heard all year.
Mills is wonderful he is doing what the majority of his district wants. A man of integrity. Garamendi on the other hand only represents pot growers in his district. The majority of the pot growers are in district 2 but the majority of the residents in district 2 aren’t pot growers he definatly doesn’t represent the majority in his district.
