San Andreas, CA…Notice is hereby given that at its regularly scheduled meeting on February 27, 2018 the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors adopted an ordinance repealing Ordinance #3049 and adding Chapter 2.18 to the Calaveras County Code.

The purpose of repealing Ordinance #3049 and adding Chapter 2.18 to the Code is to describe the Children and Families Commission (First 5 Calaveras), its duties and procedures, its compliance with state law, and its administrative placement within the Calaveras Health and Human Services Agency.

This shall take effect and be enforced 30 days after its adoption.
