Milton, CA…Ou area had a bit of it’s history go up in smoke this morning. The Old Masonic Lodge sustained at least 75% damage according to TCU Command. The nearby historical marker reads… “Keystone Lodge No. 161, F. & A.M., instituted in Copperopolis Dec. 19. 1982, at the height of the copper mining boom. Moved to 1881, to Milton, the terminal of the Stockton & Copperopolis Railroad, which, because of the collapse of copper mining, never reached its intended goal. Dedicated to those who sought to perpetuate the moral teachings of Freemasonry. To them we gratefully acknowledge our debt.”

Need to check the dates, you’re a century off…
No credit to the photographer? According to Flickr, that photo is protected by copyright, with all rights reserved. Have you obtained license to use that photo?
Diane – you need to be more specific. I think you are calling the poster to task for what seems to be an error on the year of Institution. I think it was meant to be 1882. And Mike, back off. If it’s on the internet it is available for use. No one is making money and thus the original photographer is not losing money by not having credit. It was probably the fastest photo the poster could find to show what the building looked like before it was burned.
Sarah- Do you see the ads running on this website? Those are making the site owner money on a page using a copyrighted image. You need to read up on the copyright laws in America and also on what internet marketing is.
Even if the institution was 1882. How can it move to Milton in 1881?
1862 not 82
