CCSO Looking For Citizens Who Took The Citizens From Firefall Jewelers

Valley Springs, CA…On 05/30/17 at about 5:40 AM, The Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office responded to Firefall Jewelers in Valley Springs for a commercial burglary. Once on scene, Deputies observed damage to the front door of the business. A search was conducted of the interior of the store; however, no suspects were located. Deputies reviewed video surveillance and observed two male subjects forcibly enter the business. The suspects took over fifty Citizen Brand watches and other miscellaneous gold and silver jewelry, amounting to over $14,500 in loss of merchandise.

The suspects in this incident and are described as follows: Suspect#1: 20’s years of age, white, male 5’11, “goatee” facial hair, wearing a hoody and ball cap; Suspect #2: 20’s years of age, 5’9” brown hair, wearing a hoody. A vehicle that may be associated with the suspects is an older brown mid-size van similar to a Chevrolet Safari or Ford Astro.     The people who own that store are the nicest, kindest people. They do not deserve this to happen but they are the kind of people who will forgive . I hope the perps are caught and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
