San Andreas, CA…On 06/17/2017 at approximately 1610 hours, Katrina Williams was driving her Jeep westbound on SR-12, west of SR-49. Janet Ballou was driving her Ford truck eastbound on SR-12, approaching the Jeep. For an undetermined reason, Williams turned her jeep to the left into the path of Ballou. Ballou had no time to react and the vehicles collided head on.

The Jeep veered to the left and overturned down the embankment on the south side of the roadway. The Ford traveled off the north side of the roadway and down the north embankment. The involved parties and passengers were transported to Mark Twain Medical Center for treatment.
