La Grange, CA…Bonds Flat Road is closed this morning. Workers are preparing to cut into the roadway so the spillway gates can be opened. Guard rails and culvert pipe will be removed so it does not wash down stream. This is the second time spillway gates have been used. 1997 was the first.
